Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM on a Friday will be packed and shipped on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a public holiday).
  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly delayed, but we will always notify you of any changes.

Local Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5  business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary depending on your location:
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days after dispatch.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking 

If your tracking is active and you would like more information on the progress of your order, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Order Amendments

  • Please contact us at info@embraceyourfrizzique.com as soon as possible if you need to amend your order.
  • Changes can only be made before the order is packed and shipped. Once your order is dispatched, no changes can be made.

Responsibility After Shipping

  • Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, Embrace Your Frizzique is no longer responsible for the package.
  • The shipping carrier assumes full responsibility for your package. Please use the provided tracking information to address delivery issues directly with the carrier.

Missing or Delayed Packages

  • If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping company using your tracking number.

Returns and Undeliverable Packages

  • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
