At Embrace Your Frizzique, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our hair care products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns to maintain hygiene and safety standards. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Unopened and Unused Products: We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement or refund. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products unless they are defective.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned outside of the eligibility criteria, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@embraceyourfrizzique.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Step 2: If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

Order Amendments and Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has been packed, it cannot be changed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

International Returns

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with the return.
  • Extended Return Window: Due to longer transit times, international returns may be accepted up to 30 days after delivery, provided the product remains unopened and unused.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Responsibility During Shipping

Once an item has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Embrace Your Frizzique is no longer responsible for the package. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment. Any issues with delivery should be addressed directly with the carrier.
